Ranjan Bagchi, as search architect, and brings a kind of basic level headed sensibilité to our otherwise rather excited and manic tendencies. He has worked for Social Networks that claim to be the largest on the planet, hedge funds doing rocket science, and now is has taken up arms with us. Ranjan never wears his sun glasses on backwards.
